Senator Maroney moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 2436—A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §16-5B-20; by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-15-23; by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-16-19; by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-24-7x; by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-25-8u; and by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-25A-8x, all relating to healthcare; defining terms; providing for legislative findings; providing certain information is not subject to discovery; establishing a process to develop a plan; providing for training; and prohibiting an insurer from imposing a copayment, for services rendered by a licensed occupational therapist, licensed occupational therapist assistant, licensed speech-language pathologist, licensed speech-language pathologist assistant, licensed physical therapist or a licensed physical therapist assistant, that is more than a copayment imposed for the services of a primary care physician or an osteopathic physician.
